The breakfast had a great balance of starch and protein, and the rooms were incredibly comfortable. the location was also perfect for my business meetings.
a lot of water was wasted due to the faucets taking long to get hot.

We stayed 1 night and will be back when visiting Eswatini. The garden view was a bonus. We loved the room with an individual safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a work desk.

Nice breakfast selection, comfortable room, and great location in the heart of the city.
Room service was not reliable and housekeeping was inconsistent. The staff seemed uninterested and didn't seem to care much about our needs.

Noise can be a problem, especially if there are young guests who are not considerate of others.

The breakfast was delicious and well-balanced. Rooms were clean and got a free upgrade to a suite. Reception was efficient and helpful. The suite was spacious and comfortable.
